Dear L&L Family,

We are so excited to have you join us at L&L Academy and Preschool!

In order to secure the spot, the following is required:

  1. Registration Form (filled out and signed online)
  2. $150 Registration Fee – this is non-refundable
  3. Two-week deposit (monthly tuition x 50%) – The two-week deposit becomes refundable only after your child starts, and as long as L&L has a 30-day notice of your intent to withdraw. If you choose to cancel enrollment prior to the official first day of school, the two-week deposit will not be refunded.

On the first day of school kindly bring the following:

  1. Health Form
  2. Your child’s birth certificate
  3. Tuition due for the first month

  4. We ask that you read ALL documents prior to filling out the Registration Form. The Registration Form will ask if you have received the Parent Handbook and DCFS State Standards and understand its contents. **L&L recommends that you download all documents for any future reference.

**Please be advised that you will need to print and bring a Medical form to your doctor as it is due within 30 days of enrollment.
